Last week, I mostly ate green smoothies, chicken, cabbage, and kale. My grandmother reads this blog, so I think she thought I was starving; yesterday she got me all these groceries. Thanks Granma!! So, this week, I have been eating great!
I had rotisserie chicken with vegetables, pasta with turkey meat sauce, smoothies, muffins, and more!
I haven't eaten anything crazy these past two weeks. Only thing I need to work on, is eating consistently throughout the day.
In the summer I love to make fresh juice, but for some reason, during the winter, I love making smoothies. I have been playing around with winter vegetables and made a delicious pumpkin smoothie.
It was very filling and gave me a nice boost of energy when I drank it as a breakfast smoothie.
I have a couple of weeks before my first month of my healthy lifestyle journey is complete. I need to work on activity. I have been super busy and have not exercised. I have to find a way to fit exercise into my schedule.
